You use your log in name and password to upload documents and to access your personal website for review and download of documents and financial records on QuickBooks®, PeachTree, NetSuite, SAGE, MyOB and other accounting packages.

 

You scan paper documents
You upload scanned documents or send via email or fax
You can view list of recently uploaded documents
You can e-mail documents
 
You receive the document along with the financial transaction for approval
You approve the transaction or disapprove and suggest the right transaction
 
You can phone, e-mail or chat directly with our bookkeeping staff for support
 
You can download the updated copy of QuickBooks and copies of your paper documents from your personal website
You can view or download by searching the DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for copies of filed documents
You can download the updated Quick Books file
You can search the Quick Books file and relate the transaction to the document using the unique transaction id
